Chocolate Transfer Sheets
Chocolate transfer sheets for creating your own unique cupcake decorations. To use the chocolate transfer sheet lay the sheet face up (with the decoration upwards, so it comes in contact with the chocolate) on a flat surface. If you are making only a few decorations then simply cut the sheet down to the size you need. Melt the chocolate and pour over the sheet, spread out using a palatte knife until your chocolate is 2-3mm thick.
Leave to set until surface of the chocolate starts to turn matt. Using a knife or cutter, cut or stamp out the shapes into the chcolate.
Leave to one side to set completely, you can put the sheet in the fridge to speed up the process. Once the chocolate is set carefully peel your decorations away from the sheet, the heat from the chocolate will have fused the design onto your choclate and your decorations are complete.
The images below show the sheets used with a mix of white and dark chocolate. The sheets come clear with the images on for transfer.
