Icing crimpers are a quick and versatile method of cake decoration for marzipanned and sugarpasted surfaces. Crimping must always be done on soft paste so is generally worked as soon as the cake is covered. When using icing crimpers dip into cornflour to prevent them sticking to the paste while working, place the open crimper on the top edge of the cake and squeeze together to create the required design. Our crimpers all come with an 'O' ring for a consistant size to your crimping decorations.
We have two ranges of icing crimpers serrated and plain edge and both ranges ranges contain crimpers to create hearts, stars, holly, wavy lines and scallops.
