Plunger cutters have a spring back action making it easy to release the cut decoration and for ease of cleaning.
To use, roll out your sugar paste on a non-stick surface, cut out the holly leaf without pressing the plunger. Using the plunger press the decoration onto a flat surface. Wire can be inserted into each decoration for use in wired arrangements and sprays.
