Terms and Conditions


On placing your order you will receive a confirmation email, this indicates that we have received your order, any errors or omissions in your order must be notified to us as soon as possible to ensure we can rectify before your order is dispatched. A contract will exist only when we dispatch your order. We reserve the right to refuse to accept an order where goods are not available, where payment has been denied or withheld, if we find an error in either the pricing of an item or in the items description, in the case of a change of price we will contact you first to ensure the price is acceptable. We have no minimum order.


Goods and services are charged at the current price at time of order placement. We reserve the right to amend prices without prior notice and at any time. All orders are by cleared funds. All payments are secure and we do not at anytime have access to your card details. You can pay quickly and securely by SagePay using all the major debit and credit cards. Discount or voucher codes must be used at the time of ordering and cannot be applied once the order had been made.

Postage & Delivery

We endeavour to dispatch orders within 24 hours (Monday-Friday only excluding Bank Holidays) from ordering and cleared payment. There may be times when we are in the process of re-stocking certain items. In this instance, where an item is out of stock at time of receipt of order, we will contact you by e-mail to advise you and arrange a substitute, hold your order or refund all/part of your order as you wish. You will be sent an e-mail confirming the dispatch of your order.

It is the responsibility of the customer to provide a full delivery address (including postcode) and we cannot be held liable for any orders which are not received where the address supplied is not valid.
Should you choose to enter a place of delivery, rather than in person to the delivery address i.e. in front of garage, in summer house, we will not be held responsible for the items should they not be received.

If you advise us that you require your order by a certain date, we will endeavour to dispatch your order as quickly as possible but we are unable to guarantee delivery by specific dates.
If your order fails to arrive we will require you to make a written, signed statement of loss/non delivery.

All UK orders are sent by Royal Mail. Whilst the majority of 1st class parcels arrive the following working day, this is not a guaranteed service so please allow up to 7 working days from the day of dispatch for your order to arrive. W

Returns Policy

We offer a no quibble money back guarantee in the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your goods. Please contact us within 30 days of receipt of you order to notify us of your intention to return an item. Where possible please return your item with the original packaging. Customers are liable for the full cost of returning the item(s). Claims of damage, incorrect or missing items must be notified by email. Once we have been informed we will try and rectify the situation as soon as possible. We will not refund or replace any item which has become damaged as a result of neglect or misuse.
We cannot accept responsibility for the safe return of goods. Therefore, it is advisable that a proof of postage is obtained, in the event that the goods fail to reach us this will aid any claim you may wish to make with your chosen courier

Privacy Policy

We never disclose your information to third parties. We do not at anytime come into contact with your card details. We will not email you in the future unless you have given your consent. We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with 3rd parties.


Every care has been taken to describe the goods as accurately as possible but slight variations may occur with colour/size or text descriptions. We reserve the right to vary dimensions, specifications and quantities without prior notice. If for any reason we are unable to supply the products ordered we reserve the right to offer goods of equal or superior quality at no additional cost. If the replacement product is not acceptable you will be entitled to cancel your order and monies paid in respect of the replacement product will be refunded.
The product images supplied are for illustrative purposes only and should not be assumed to be an actual photograph of the product and its features/functionality. Any colour or size variations will usually be mentioned. If in doubt, feel free to contact us and we will be more than happy to provide further product information and clarification. If you are not satisfied with the product supplied, we will be happy to accept the product back subject to our returns policy.

Errors and Omissions

We make every effort to ensure that all prices and descriptions are accurate. However, errors occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you immediately and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel the order and have already paid for the goods you will receive a full refund.

We reserve the right to change or amend these terms and conditions at any time and without prior notice.
